You may use BUUKUS only for lawful hospitality operations and bookings. You are responsible for everything done with your accounts and for the accuracy of the content you publish, including photos, rates, availability and policies.
You must not
- Publish false, misleading or illegal listings, or list properties you are not authorised to sell.
- Use guest or customer data for anything other than running the stay, complying with the law, and marketing that guests have agreed to.
- Attempt to access another organization’s data, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass limits, access controls or rate limits.
- Upload malware, scrape the service, or use it to send spam or abusive messages.
- Process payments that you know or suspect to be fraudulent, or use BUUKUS to avoid taxes or for money laundering.
- Share logins between people. Create a user for each person so actions can be traced.
Guest and staff data
You must keep staff and guest data confidential, give people access only to what their role needs, and honour requests to access or erase personal data.
